Symbolic July 5: the RA Constitution Day. Perhaps the visit was not accidental, and even more so the border area.
With the already demarcated part of Voskepar-Kirants, it is clearly established that the demarcation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan has started, and the undeniable Armenian territories begin from here.
