“In the meeting we held with the Minister of Regional Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Mr. Davit Khudatyan, we discussed the efforts to revive the railway and road connections that were actively used between our countries in the past.
While initiating the necessary maintenance works in our country, we also assessed the stage reached by the Armenian side in their preparation and tender processes.
We also addressed the process for the restoration of the Historic Ani Bridge located on the Silk Road in Kars-Ani, and discussed the steps to bring back one of the important traces of our shared history.
Within the scope of our engagements in Brussels, we shared our views with the press on the strategic importance of the Middle Corridor, the revival of transport links between Turkey and Armenia, and the facilitation of driver visas and border crossings,” Abdulkadir Uraloğlu wrote on X.
