TASS. The Russian Foreign Ministry has again warned foreign nationals, including diplomatic missions’ personnel, against staying in or traveling to Ukraine, according to its statement.
The ministry reiterated that the Russian Armed Forces continue to carry out systematic and consistent strikes on military facilities in Kiev and other Ukrainian cities in response to terrorist actions by the Ukrainian army against Russia’s civilian population and infrastructure.
