United Nations Secretary-General and his delegation visited TUMO

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres and his delegation visited TUMO ahead of the official opening of COP17, accompanied by Armenia’s Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Zhanna Andreasyan.

TUMO CEO Marie Lou Papazian welcomed the delegation and introduced Secretary-General Guterres to TUMO’s innovative education model and initiatives.

The visit continued with an open dialogue on innovation, biodiversity, and sustainable development with TUMO students, alumni, and young representatives from the UN Country Team, the Global Youth Biodiversity Network, as well as delegates from CBD Alliance and other organizations.
