The leader of PAP and the member of Armenian delegation to PACE Naira Zohrabyan referring to the statement of the president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Pedro Agramunt who called for “the withdrawal of all Armenian armed troops from occupied Azerbaijani territories in compliance with UN Security Council resolutions” said: “Pedro Agramunt is responsible for the current situation with his statements and actions. If we remove the name of Pedro Agramunt and write down the statement of Aliyev, I believe that the content will be the same: Because Pedro Agramunt is Aliyev’s spokesperson in PACE, not the president of PACE”.
In her opinion the right place for Pedro Agramunt is in Milli Mejlis or in Aliyev’s presidential administration as a spokesperson: “In my opinion we the PACE parliamentarians should do our best to return Pedro Agramunt to his real place: Aliyev’s administration”.
