On December 8, on the sidelines of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Hamburg, Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Armenia, had a meeting with Rose Gottemoeller, the NATO Deputy Secretary General.
During the meeting, the sides commended in recent years steadily developing partnership and political dialogue between Armenia and the NATO. The interlocutors discussed issues related to the implementation of the Armenia-NATO Individual Partnership Action Plan.
The participation of the Armenian servicemen within the Resolute Support Mission in Afghanistan was discussed. The NATO Deputy Secretary General mentioned that the Alliance highly values Armenia’s input in the efforts aimed at establishing international security and stability.
