President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Felix Gabrielyan as Artsakh Republic minister of nature protection and natural resources.
On 5 July President Sahakyan visited the Artsakh Republic ministry of nature protection and natural resources and introduced the new head of structure to the employees, wishing him productive work.
