On January 20 the summary of the activities implemented during 2019 towards the preparedness of civil defense systems in emergency situations of the Province was held led by Ararat Grigoryan, Governor of Vayots dzor Province.
Hovhannes Yemishyan, r/s Colonel, Deputy Director of the Rescue Service of MES of the RA, Heads of Communities and Subdivisions of the provincial administration and of the Police and Vayots Dzor Regional Department of NSS, Vayots Dzor Military Commissar, as well as the staff of Vayots Dzor Regional Rescue Department took part in the summary.
Hakob Sargsyan, r/s Colonel Hakob Sargsyan, Head of Vayots Dzor Regional Rescue Department made a report by summarizing the results of the activities of the Department in 2019.
Work towards tactic operative preparedness, emergency situations prevention and disaster risk reduction, readiness of civil defense system, preparedness of rescue forces was carried out, as well as extracurricular events, meetings and discussions were held by the Regional Rescue Department in the reporting period.
