Azerbaijan today continued targeting civilian population shelling especially some settlements of Martakert, Martuni and Hadrut regions.

The Ombudsman’s staff got verified information that as a result of indiscriminate shelling of Martakert town, the employee of “Artsakhenergo” company Nver Pargev Grigoryan was killed during realization of his job duties.

Since September 27, the number of killed civilians by the Azerbaijani aggression has reached 32.
