On July 6, the Vice President of the National Assembly, the Head of the NA delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Ruben Rubinyan met with the Director of Political Affairs and External Relations in the Council of Europe Secretariat Miroslav Papa and the Director General of Human Rights and Rule of Law of the Council of Europe Christos Giakoumopoulos.
At the meeting the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the Member of the NA delegation to PACE Vladimir Vardanyan also attended the meeting.
Welcoming the high ranking officials of the CoE in parliament, Ruben Rubinyan valued the cooperation in the Council of Europe.
