During her visit to Tavush, Ambassador Kvien toured the 12th–13th century Goshavank Monastery where she learned about the work of Armenian scholar Mkhitar Gosh who authored the first legal code in Armenia. She also visited USAID-supported businesses in Dilijan, the Hnots Gastroyard and the Ootelie Bakery.
