The 23rd Golden Apricot Yerevan International Film Festival has announced the winners of its official competition programs, recognizing outstanding achievements in international, regional, and short filmmaking.
The festival’s highest honor in the International Full-Length Competition, the Golden Apricot, was awarded to The Currents. The Silver Apricot went to Past, Future, Continuous, while London received a Special Mention from the international jury.

In the Regional Competition, the Golden Apricot was presented to Inside Amir, while Dry Leaf received the Silver Apricot. Dry Leaf was also honored with the FIPRESCI Prize, awarded by the International Federation of Film Critics.
The Apricot Stone Competition, dedicated to short films, awarded the Golden Apricot to Dialogues Solitaire. The film was also awarded Genadi Melkonyan special prize. The Silver Apricot went to Paid Mourners.
The jury also presented Special Mentions to Relic and Together Alone. Also, Father by Tereza Nvotova received the Award for Distribution in Armenia and Georgia, accompanied by a €6,000 prize to support the film’s regional distribution.
The awards ceremony marked the culmination of another successful edition of the Golden Apricot International Film Festival, celebrating bold cinematic voices from around the world and reaffirming the festival’s commitment to discovering and promoting outstanding filmmaking.
