The Armenian Center for Political Rights is launching the Register of People Subjected to Political Persecution in Armenia. From now on, the Register will include all individuals whose cases, after review by ACPR, have been found to involve politically motivated persecution.
Why have we created the Register of Political Persecution?
The Register is a tool for public oversight. It enables the public, journalists, and international organizations to see the bigger picture and demand accountability in cases where the legal system is being used for political purposes.

It is important to note that this list is not yet comprehensive, and the tool may be subject to change. At this stage, it includes only those individuals whose cases have already been reviewed and presented in ACPR’s previous publications.

ACPR continues to investigate other cases of persecution, including those in the context of the 2026 elections and the ongoing campaign against the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church. In case of revealing political motives, the list will be updated accordingly.
Armenian Center for Political Rights
