THE FALSIFIERS MUST BE RESPONSIBLE

Gagik Melikyan, the secretary of RPA faction, candidate in N 41 electoral district assures.

1. Why is the RPA faction secretary in the 97th place in the proportional list consists of 112 members?
2. I have nominated my candidacy in majority electoral system according to the party\’s decision. And according to the RPA decision those who have nominated their candidacy in majority electoral system must be included in the proportional list in the places from 66 to 97. The 66th number is Ruben Hayrapetyan, nominated in N1 electoral district and number 97 is Gagik Melikyan nominated in the last, N41 electoral district. There is no other reason.
3. One of your rivals is David Hakobyan, the leader of Marxist Party and «National Unity” defends his candidacy. Don\’t you apprehend from this rivalry?
4. No, I don\’t. Just the opposite, I\’m ready to rival with David Hakobyan, debate with him.
5. The «Rule of Law» Party has nominated another of your rivals, Hakob Hakobyan, the head of «Yerevan Garejur» CSJC. They say that the authorities have promised the mandate just Hakob Hakobyan as RPA has decided to get rid of Gagik Melikyan? What do you think about it?
6. It\’s a specific slander, which isn\’t accidental. The «Rule of Law» Party has its role in it that party used to spread such slanders: with the help of black PR to put him in such a difficult condition. But I won\’t take it into consideration. I know that my party assists my candidacy and me.
7. You declared during the meeting of parliamentary forces with the representative on political issues of the UN department of political affairs in October of the last year that RPA wouldn\’t allow any oppositionist to use irregularities. You also explained that weak forces tried to commit frauds who knew beforehand that they would lose in the elections. Can you assure us that you won\’t commit any fraud?
8. I assure, that I won\’t commit any fraud. And those who will try to take such a step; I\’ll sentence them to responsibility. I\’ll control over them and won\’t allow any irregularity. Taking into consideration the team, which assists people and me that are beside me, I have nothing to do but to win.
9. If you are so powerful candidate, why do you visit your native Berd city with your guards?
10. I have never had guards, and drivers, too. Everybody knows it.
11. According to the press, everybody knows that you own petrol and gas stations in Berd, some food shops, industrial powers and you are known as a «monopolist» in your homeland.
12. I have a reputation of a respectful person in my homeland. I have never been engaged in business.
13. In your opinion will the RPA succeed in the formation of majority in the future parliament?
14. Yes, it will succeed; RPA will have its decisive role in the formation of government and economic development in the future 5 years.
