Multi-party Armenian – 11

February 25,2014 17:09

Talking too long about Armenian parties, we unwillingly came to the conclusion that our political parties and party members do not have that much political essence and direction, rather than social, or more exactly, friendly. And they are mostly based on and built on friendly and personal interest (interests). In other words, they are, essentially, not political parties, but groupings based on friendly and personal interests. And to avoid giving rough descriptions, we avoid and are avoided of the word grouping, while the very word the best expresses the original essence of our political (political?) parties. No matter how much hatred our so-called political parties disseminate and spread towards each other, they do not manage to be specifically different from each other because their ever-growing hatred towards each other is not only mutual, but also adequate. And, perhaps, this is also the reason why give mutual hatred at times quite easily turns into a mutual love, nevertheless, the hatred does not become less, and nor particularly generates love, because when hating and loving each other, they do not think about each other and continue not to see and notice each other, but only themselves, or better to say, their interest, and more precisely, their material and personal interests. Though they are not a person but a whole party, however, each of them preferring and loving its own party and the party interest, first of all prefers and loves its own personal interests. And if because of (due to) the situation change, a few parties for a short time temporarily unite around an issue, this union does not last very long because each of the parties sees and imagines itself as if leading and a leader in this union. And this kind of merging influences are also observed now, at this moment, because spring is coming, and some winds from the north and the west are expected. And, the most important and the most essential is that the people’s patience seems to be filled to the brim, and it is a sign that the opposition and semi-opposition parties will reactivate, and each of them will try to prove that it is especially and particularly the only radical opposition. And each of them will try to convince that especially and particularly it is called to take care of complaining and desperate people. And each of them will give extravagant promises to complaining and desperate people. And the complaining and desperate people will desperately rely its hope on either of them, because these are the existing ones and what we have, and we will make our choice from what we have. And God grant our next chosen ones would be better from their predecessors, but the fact that the successors are going to be from us, it is apparent, and that the future parties are going to the composed of our citizens, it is also apparent. And it is more apparent new parties will be emerging in the future, because the whole power in multi-party system belongs to parties, more precisely, any particular party. Though any party is concealing this fact convincing all non-partisans and everyone that after its coming to power the whole power will belong to the people, and though non-partisan voters are accustomed back in believing in such promises of everyone and the party, however, they also understand and acknowledge that non-believing is also not particularly the way out, and disbelief, in the best case, is the continuation of the current situation. In other words, people’s and non-partisan voters’ hope is again the faith. Like it or not, we need to keep believing that the choice is ours.
