Today, I think, the most important question is the constitutional reforms, and I promise all and you in person to answer all the questions in detail after the 2017 Parliamentary elections because this is the time to decide.

Why I am saying after 2017, because we can seriously speak about becoming Prime Minister or forming a government when you have the majority in the parliament. And if you not, the Constitution is amended or not, how you can work as a Prime Minister, how can you become a Prime Minister. There is no such possibility.”

Stepan Safaryan noted that if Serzh Sargsyan has always put the question with if, it turned out that it is a statement made in a particular situation and circumstances, which is not applicable in this situation. “It is undeniable that nothing constrains him if the Constitution is not amended, the current one stays, be nominated or be a prime minister or a Speaker of the National Assembly, therefore, this is no particular news on this matter.
