A short while ago, Head of the Armenian Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Hermine Naghdalian was elected Vice-President of the PACE during the plenary session of the Winter Sitting of the PACE.
Naghdalian is one of the 20 vice-presidents elected by the Assembly today, including the representatives of Holland, Germany, Georgia, Turkey and Hungary.
Hermine Naghdalian will hold this office until the next sitting.
