Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative District of Yerevan ruled to release Russian citizen Sergei Mironov, provided that he does not leave the state without court approval.
RA Judicial Department reports, the court, thus, rejected the motion by the prosecutor to apply detention as a pre-trial measure against him,.
To remind, Mironov, 33, was detained in Yerevan Zvartnots airport on Saturday, on the US authorities’ request on suspicion of money laundering and illegal technology transfer.
