Today I had a meeting with the Deputy Ambassador of Iran to the Republic of Armenia, Ali Naser Sophanipur (Ambassador Seyed Kazem Sajadi is not in Armenia.) I informed the Deputy Ambassador about the agreements acquired to overcome the domestic political crisis, as well as left my friendly message to the people and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
I also had a meeting with the Permanent Coordinator of the United Nations in Armenia, Shombi Sharp. We discussed issues relative to making the projects the UN implements in Armenia more effective.
