“Yelq” bloc MP Edmon Marukyan is not aware whether a memorandum of cooperation will be signed among the political parties which are members of Government. He has not partaken in such discussion.
Aravot.am reminded that during the discussions of the government program PM Nikol Pashinyan had said that he was responsible for the government program and said that Edmon Marukyan spoke of collective responsibility, so to the question how they considered themselves responsible, Edmon Marukyan responded saying that the forces having portfolios in the Government are responsible for the activity of that Government.
The day any force decides it does not bear the responsibility it should withdraw its ministers from the Government.
“At the moment, all of us should do everything for the results of the Velvet Revolution to be capitalized,” he said.
