Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to RF President Vladimir Putin on his birthday. The message runs as follows:

I am confident that your long experience of State and political activities, integrity and consistency in achieving the proposed goals will further strengthen the Russian statehood.
Armenia highly appreciates your personal contribution to the development and enhancement of Armenian-Russian allied relations, which are based on centuries-old traditions of friendship and mutual trust. In this context, I especially value our personal relations, which can indeed add momentum to the development of Armenian-Russian interactions in all spheres, including the multilateral platforms and the ongoing integration processes.
