“I am personally worried about my military comrade’s condition,” Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan told reporters about the former Yerkrapah Volunteers’ Union leader, Manvel Grigoryan, who is currently in custody.
“General Manvel Grigoryan’s condition worries me and everyone else who is in the Yerkrapah,” Davit Tonoyan said.
