President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to Baroness Caroline Cox, Member of the House of Lords of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on her birthday. President Sarkissian’s message particularly says:
“You have always stood by the Armenian people, shared our pain and anguish, and supported our righteous struggle for freedom and independence in every possible way. Your more than eighty visits to Artsakh are the best evidence of true friendship.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your invaluable work done from the very first day of the recent war, calling international organizations to ensure the protection of the rights of the people of Artsakh. I have no doubt that your unbounded generosity and thoughtfulness towards the people of Armenia and Artsakh will be remembered for centuries.”
