The results of the Center for Law and Justice “Tatoyan” Foundation studies
Today, December 12, 2022, the blockage of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia by persons representing so-called “civil” and “environmental” movement of Azerbaijan, from 10:30 am, is organized by the Azerbaijani authorities.
This conclusion is based on professional studies of the Center for Law and Justice “Tatoyan” Foundation.
It is obvious that blocking the road and isolation of Artsakh has no environmental purpose. It is part of Azerbaijan’s criminal policy of extermination of Artsakh Armenians. This is the special goal of the Azerbaijani authorities.

The Azerbaijani authorities do this to create a humanitarian disaster in Artsakh, disrupt the normal lives of more than 120,000 civilians, cause fundamental violations of human rights.
Civilians have been in isolation for already 9 hours, massive traffic jams have occurred in the cold winter weather, people are unable to exercise their vital rights, starting from health care. This is evidenced by both monitoring and citizens’ alarms.
The studies of the Center for Law and Justice confirm that all this is accompanied by anti-Armenian propaganda, incitement of animosity, and intimidation in the Azerbaijani media.
The Azerbaijani domain of social networks is filled with calls to solve the “environmental” problem, that it is necessary to involve the Azerbaijani special forces “YAŞMA”; “to smash the heads of Armenians” or “kill them”, to make them “swallow blood”, blocking the road.
The participants of this unlawful action show the sign of the Turkish extremist-nationalist gray wolves, etc.
These are the same social media networks that incite hatred and hostility during any armed attack or provocation by Azerbaijan and are clearly affiliated with the Azerbaijani authorities.
The blockage of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia is the continuation of the Azerbaijani criminal policy of ethnic cleansing in Artsakh.
The results of the studies will be sent to respective international organizations.
