“Aprelu Yerkir” party nominates Mane Tandilyan for the post of Mayor of Yerevan in the elections of the Yerevan Council of Elders, Tigran Sahakyan, a member of the political council of “Aprelu Yerkir” party said at the press conference held yesterday.
“The extended session of the political council of the “Aprelu Yerkir” party ended, in which the leaders of our territorial organization, the leaders of our faction in the councils of the communities, and the members of our Yerevan team were invited to participate. Among other issues, we discussed and approved our party’s mayoral candidate for the upcoming Yerevan Council of Elders elections. Our decision was based on our active contact with the residents of Yerevan in recent months, our conversations with them, the results of sociological surveys, and the opinions of our party members. Accordingly, he said the political council of the “Aprelu Yerkir” party nominated and approved the candidate’s candidacy for Mayor- Mrs. Mane Tandilyan.
