On September 13, in the National Assembly the Head of the RA NA With Honor Faction Hayk Mamijanyan received the representatives of the Council of Europe European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) and the OSCE/ODIHR and the Head of the CoE Office in our country Martina Schmidt.
Welcoming the guests, Hayk Mamijanyan highlighted the joint work of the Council of Europe and the Parliament of the Republic of Armenia.
In his word the MP touched upon the amendments to the Electoral Code and the elections of the local self-government elections being held in our country.
The Head of the Faction reaffirmed the readiness of cooperation with the Council of Europe and among other issues also spoke about the security situation of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh and the inner-political problems of our country.
