According to the draft, it is proposed to establish new rates of state duty for customs control of those goods imported into the territory of the Republic of Armenia and subject to excise tax, which are subsequently exported from the Republic of Armenia: 10 thousand AMD per ton. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan, who presented the addenda to the Law on State Duty.
From the first to the second reading, the Government presented a proposal, according to which the date of entry into force of the draft was set on March 1, 2024.
In the related report, the member of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs David Arushanyan introduced the endorsement of the Committee.
