The adoption of the package of the drafts stems from the programme of the activity measures of the RA Government for 2021-2026, as well as the strategies of the anti-corruption and judicial reforms. The drafts are aimed at the introduction of the structures on the current study of building integrity of the judges, prosecutors and persons holding autonomous in the investigative bodies and the regulations initiating the disciplinary proceedings on the basis of the conclusions of the advisory character being provided as a result of them. The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Karen Karapetyan said at the RA NA extraordinary session on December 22.
It is proposed to make a number of amendments, which are directed to the gradual development of the structures functioning of the building integrity checking, as well as the introduction of the new institutes. In terms of more facilitating the study process on building integrity it is proposed to submit the questionnaire of study on building integrity in electronic way. The proposing amendments and addenda are aimed at ensuring the strengthening of building integrity structures and the continuous improvement in Armenia.
The member of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Arpine Davoyan presented the endorsement on the legislative package of the Head Committee.
