Yesterday, on January 19, shots were heard in Yerevan.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed Aravot, at around 10.30pm, officers of the Yerevan city department of the main criminal investigation department of the police, as well as the central unit and guard agency of the police took 26-year-old resident of the city of Yerevan Kamo Unanyan alleged to have committed hooliganism to the central unit of the police.
The photojournalist has informed that yesterday evening on Khanjyan Street, inside Champions bar, K. Unanyan argued with a waiter and the manager, afterwards went out and started to fire randomly into the air with a gas pistol, after which he ran away.
However, police officers found him checking their information.

People gathered at the crime scene told the photojournalist that K. Unanyan was the karate champion of the world and his gas pistol that had been revealed by the police officers had been given to him legally.
The central unit of the police gathers evidence. Fortunately, shots did not cause deaths or injuries.
