Director Tigran Khzmalyan thinks that Paruyr Hayrikyan, a candidate for president, made a decision not to file a petition in the Constitutional Court to postpone the election under the government’s pressure.
“The shooting was one of those pressures. The establishment will do whatever it takes; we even saw them kill 10 people. They are ready to do everything – fraud, murder. Hayrikyan said at first that he would postpone. It is clear that the establishment had to do everything, in order that it wasn’t postponed,” Mr. Khzmalyan said.
