The Azerbaijani forces have violated the ceasefire regime for 40 times in different sections of the Line of Contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan on the night of December 28-29, firing more than 750 shots toward the Armenian positions.
As the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army reports, more intensive ceasefire violations came in eastern (Akna) direction of the Line of Contact.
Defense Army vanguard units refrained from retaliating, while the situation remains under the watchful control of the Armenian force.
