Bagrat Asatryan: ‘During elections banks lacked 10.000 AMDs: 1 million and more bribes been distributed’

June 23,2017 14:36

The member of the Republican Party of Armenia and the former RPA Member of Parliament Lernik Aleksanyan when trying to oppose the former president of the Central Bank Bagrat Asatryan’s accusations directed to the RPA, noticed that unfair and bad people exist in any party, but those people are not the ones who represent the real RPA and such people are everywhere, in every party.

Bagrat Asatryan, on his part, reminded: “Vote-buying of more than 1 million AMD has been in place during the elections, do you know? 1 million people were made to take a bribe. They speak of justice. Do you know what problems the banking system of Armenia was facing? There were no 10.000 AMDs. Not to notice the disgrace of this scale? People were made to take bribes.”

Aleksanyan replied: “They were not made to.” Then Asatryan assured: “They were made to, the policemen interfered, the gangsters of the districts interfered, I know cases when they have told people, if you do not take this we will explode your house.”
