“Yesterday, in this hall, the parliamentary majority made the Constitution of Armenia nonentity, illegal decisions were made”, Naira Zohrabyan, member of the “Tsarukyan” bloc, said in her speech today at the National Assembly.
Referring to the dispute, whether the draft on “Amendments to the Judicial Code” is constitutional or not, she mocked that if there were no enough votes to pass the draft they would say it was not constitutional, if there were enough votes, they would say it was.
Naira Zohrabyan announced that “Tsarukyan” bloc considers making the Constitution of the state nonentity unacceptable hence they left the hall.
