On October 1st at approximately 10:50, Defense Army soldier Gevorg Suren Haroyan (b. 1997) died from a heavy gunshot wound in uncertain circumstances at one of the defense army military positions at the southeastern border.
The wounded soldier was taken to the military hospital, where at approximately 15:05 his death was recorded.
Investigations are underway to determine the details of the incident.
