The European Union and Armenia are committed to enhance and deepen their cooperation in all possible areas. The EU and Armenia are strong partners and the EU is committed to support the reform agenda of the Armenian Government.

The representatives from the European Commission (EC) and the European External Action Service (EEAS) are in Armenia on a joint working mission. Vassilis Maragos, the Head of the DG NEAR Unit at the European Commission responsible for Armenia and Dirk Lorenz, the Deputy Head of EEAS EaP Bilateral Division, accompanied by the EU Ambassador Andrea Wiktorin had a meeting with the RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.

The parties discussed the areas of ongoing cooperation between the European Union and Armenia, as well as the planning for the future programming.
