The President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan sent a letter to the President of the Senate of the Republic of France Gérard Larcher, expressing his gratitude to the latter and the other members of the Senate on the adoption of the Resolution on the Necessity of Recognition of Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
The letter particularly reads:
“I would like to express my hope that the continuous efforts of France and the OSCE Minsk Group other Co-Chair Countries – the Russian Federation and the United States will have their contribution to the final solution for the Nagorno Karabakh problem. The establishment of long-term and stable peace is possible only by the fair settlement of the issue – the recognition of Artsakh and the return of the Armenian homes of Artsakh.”
