The Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, General Vitaly Balasanyan, was present at the Armenia alliance’s pre-election rally in Goris.
In response to a question by Aravot Daily of whether it is a problem that he is participating in the pre-election rally, Balasanyan responded. “I am not participating in it. I came to Goris to drink tea, and I saw that people were gathered in the square. I approached them.” Vitaly Balasanyan refused to respond to other questions. In response to Aravot’s question about security, he only said that everything is the same, and there have been no significantly positive changes.
