Today I met with Mr. Thierry Ribaux, Head of Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross. International Committee of the Red Cross in Armenia.
Vital issues concerning our prisoners of war, missing persons, residents of the border communities of Armenia were discussed.
We hold an important meeting and effective discussion with my colleagues Mr. Ribaux and ICRC Communications manager Zara Amatuni.
