The Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Saudi Arabia
On September 20, in New York, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the steps to establish relations and cooperation between Armenia and Saudi Arabia, expressing readiness to work on shaping the agenda at bilateral and multilateral formats and the development of cooperation in mutually beneficial directions between the two countries.
Ararat Mirzoyan briefed his counterpart on another aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19, stressing the imperative to strongly condemn the use of force or the threat of force by the international actors in current situation and to prevent mass atrocity crime in Nagorno-Karabakh.
