Today, The Netherlands Ambassador to Armenia, Marieke Monroy-Winter, met with representatives of Royal Flora Holland, Armenian rose growers, Dutch selection companies (De Ruiter, Schreurs, Dümmen Orange), as well as import and logistics companies, to explore opportunities for exporting Armenian roses to the Netherlands.
The special guest of the meeting was Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Arman Khojoyan.
“Armenia has the natural potential in rose growing. This meeting showed that there are real opportunities to bring that potential to international markets,” the Ambassador noted.
Key takeaways from the meeting:
🌿 Licensing and varieties
