RA NSS former intelligence officer, lieutenant colonel     Yuri Wolfsan doesn\’t yield  Litvinenko by his detection about   NSS and its leaders.

RA NSS former lieutenant colonel Yuri Wolfsan / same Sergey Stepanovich Ivanov/ who is accused of killing attempt to former RA NA parliamentarian Meliq Gasparian, replying to NSS chief Gorik Hakobian’s interview, denied some declarations addressed to him. In Wolfsan’s letter addressed to “Aravot” some appraisals about G. Hakobian are equal to former deputy chief Gurgen Eghiazarian’s latest announcements.
Wolfsan has written in the letter addressed to our newspaper: “ I want to reply to NSS chief Gorik Hakobian’s false, untrue description about me. Yes, it is possible that I’m one of the “elements of Russian miserable military units and don’t know how I have found myself in your country.” But I have bared the brunt of the passed years while Gorik Hakobian and others like him were making career and positions outside. I myself and not Hakobian Gorik held the offensives and took part in them. There are undeniable facts about my effective activities in that sphere in 1994-95. And those who were in power that time knows very well what Ivanov Sergey Stepanovich has done. There is a question; why the court examination on my case is held closely, for whom is it profitable, who is afraid of the truth? It’s normal that I’m a “used and designed” so needless material for Gorik Hakobian. He is used to sell everything and everyone for his own needs, isn’t he? He is himself a piece of miserable, punishing, chekist machine” who was oppressing and poisoning his own nation in favor of national-democratic movement. Then he betrayed his partners of SSRA SSC where he had made his career and turned from communist into “democrat”. It was all the same for him to whom he must obey, Levon Ter-Petrosian, Vano Siradeghian or Gurgen Eghiazarian. If Gorik Hakobian remained unpunished after “October 27” for which he was also responsible, nothing impedes him to slander Serge Sargsian and Robert Kocharian. “The end justifies the means”.
Lieutenant colonel Wolfsan also expressed an opinion in his letter that “Gorik Hakobian has become so impudent from his un-punishment that he has lost his former professional erudition and can’t even describe the concept of “intelligence officer”. We should remind that G. Hakobian had declared in the press that Wolfsan hadn’t been an intelligence officer. He was a specialist of a special sniper weapon and NNSD chief David Shahnazarian and his deputy chief Gurgen Eghiazarian used Wolfsan’s technical skills in 94-95. In answer to this, Wolfsan has written that G. Hakobian as the former officer of the soviet SSC should know that there are different types of intelligence, military, financial, economic etc. “I’m not going to justify or to prove the truth. The culmination of laxity comes soon. But the damage which you /G. Hakobian/ have already caused to your people all enemy countries of Armenia couldn’t cause”, – Yuri Wolfsan has declared in his letter.
