As we have informed already, today an incident took place on one of the border positions in the region of Tavush. According to our information, at around 11 a.m. on April 10, 4 persons in uniform and 1 person in civilian attire from the Azeri side approached one of the border positions in the village of Baghanis, district of Noyemberyan, region of Tavush. The Azeris behaved too freely given the circumstances; there were probably under the influence of either narcotics or alcohol. The Armenian frontier guards fired warning shots. According to our information, the Azeri side has probably lost one man.
