The question referred to the negotiations with the PACE observation mission. Note that the PACE observation mission has given a tough assessment about the constitutional reforms held on December 6. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said yesterday, “We are discussing. It is not so. I am aware that the NA responsible entities for working with them. We will inform you about the results in the next 2-3 days.” Member of the Armenian delegation to PACE, Vahan Babayan, referring to the PACE observers’ preliminary conclusion, said, “It would be better if PACE was also interested in all anti-Armenian resolutions with such impartiality, including Robert Walter’s authored resolution and about the Sarsang reservoir. It would be better if they had maintained the justice with the same impartiality.”
