On June 13th, 2016, leaders of Armenian American organizations and Churches met in Washington, DC and agreed to convene Armenian Americans in the nation’s capital in Fall 2016 to celebrate the independence of the Republic of Armenia and the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and the United States.
Participants from across the country will gather for a series of special events that will be jointly developed, planned and promoted over the coming months.
