Alek Yenigomshyan, a member of Founder Parliament in an interview with journalists, told that mobile connection of people who have attacked the Patrol Service regiment located in Erebuni administrative district is disconnected, “I estimate this as disruption of negotiations, a non-favorable move in terms of continuing the negotiations, I am not saying more unless I receive a final confirmation from relevant authorities. The negotiations kicked off on Monday. Yesterday, these negotiations were continued by the NSS leadership and a claim-offer was presented to “Sasna Tsrer” group by them.
Yesterday, I also met Zhirayr Sefilyan and the “Sasna Tsrer” group members and have conveyed the claim-offer of NHS to them. All moves show that they are disrupting the negotiations but there is still a small grain of hope that it is not the case. But I need to be sure for 100 percent, I will not say more details although there is no great secret in it. However, I have conveyed this claim-offer to them. The guys have told that they will give the answer today at 7 o’clock,” – said A. Yenigomshyan. As mentioned by Alek Yenigomshyan, the answer will be transferred to him by “Sasna Tsrer” members and he will transfer to NSS. Regarding Zhirayr Sefilyan’s offered 3rd option for the solution of the problem, Yenigomshyan said that it is not so essential. Alek Yenigomshyan assured that Zhirayr Sefilyan is a part of all this, while the negotiations are tripartite.
