Karen Bekaryan, a lawmaker and Chairman of “European Integration” NGO, opines that the OSCE will voice calls in connection with the captive of Azerbaijani army soldier in Talish but doubts that they will be earmarked. “Here, we have a problem too. During the April war, Azerbaijan refused its rather large number of losses. In the case of the special squads, we see a new handwriting. Azerbaijan puts the fact of backing up its own soldier aside,” said Karen Bekaryan at the “Novosti-Armenia” press center, referring to the fact that Azerbaijan refused his soldier with its statement (the facts tell the opposite).
According to him, it is tragic, “There is another question too. What will happen to this family? Such practice encourages when the mediators statements are not earmarked.” As the lawmaker mentioned, Azerbaijan’s subversive in the direction of Talish is a provocation because before the possible meeting of foreign ministers, this country is constantly organizing such incidents.
