President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed an agreement on Thursday, which recalled the Armenian Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Netherlands, Garegin Melkonyan.

He appointed Spokesperson to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tigran Balayan Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands in another agreement.
