On 26 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the construction site of a new residential community on the Toumanyan Street of capital Stepanakert and got acquainted on site with the work being carried out.
The President stressed the importance of implementing the program envisaged to provide apartments to socially vulnerable families, as well as within the framework of mortgage lending, giving appropriate instructions to the heads of concerned bodies.
State minister Grigori Martirosyan and other officials accompanied the President.
