An Armenian civilian from Matshkalashen village of Martuni region of Artsakh was captured by Azerbaijani armed forces today.
As reported by the Ombudsman of Artsakh Mr. Gegham Stepanyan, he was ill-treated severely, beaten up and tortured, humiliated by soldiers; as reported by medical doctors, his right leg is injured, clothes are torn up.
