“We will not give passage or space. As much as we are not the biggest and most powerful country in the world, the opinions of others are of second importance to us. We have a discussion with our allies on this issue and we have a common understanding. There is no country that discusses the corridor issue with us. And if there is a country that tries, we will not have that discussion, because we are not discussing the issue of the corridor. What kind of corridor, who invented it?”
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced today during the NA-government question-and-answer session. Azerbaijan referred to point 9 of the November 9 document. He urged all the literate people of the world to look for the word corridor in verse 9. “There is a mention of a corridor, it is the Lachin corridor, which is under the control of Russian peacekeepers.” He said that in the tripartite statement of January 11, 2021, the opening of paragraph 9, the interpretation was given.
“I will tell you a secret: we presented a new set of proposals to Azerbaijan in the format of a tripartite meeting, and I conveyed it to the President of Azerbaijan in Brussels. As soon as that proposal is accepted, we are ready to proceed to its implementation immediately. What that proposal is about, all of our public statements, we’re willing to give and take.”
